Laser/Scanner Cable Assembly (SX)

The Laser/Scanner Cable Assembly provides power and control from the DC Controller to the laser diode and the scanner motor, which are both contained inside the Scanner Assembly.

There are two versions of this assembly. The version for RX and TX printers uses longer cables, because the second paper tray increases the distance between the laser/scanner and the DC controller. See Diagram 981 for the RX and TX versions.
