Notes

This parts table is for the main body block and most of the components that attach to it. The main body block is not available as a spare part. Canon has a policy of not making the central portion of any machine available as a spare part. Often, a bar-coded serial number is attached to the mainframe. In this way it is impossible to build a machine from spare parts.

When working in the area of the main body, it is important NOT TO DISTURB the BEAM DETECT MIRROR which is aligned and glued in a fixed position to the main body block at the factory. If this is disturbed the frame from another printer must be used, since this part is not sold as a spare!

Item 16 is the assembly of items 16A through 16E.
