*PLEASE NOTE:

The Printer Works selects only the best used printers with low page counts and good cosmetics for its remanufactured printer program. Unless the printer is hardly used, we remove all the covers and major assemblies to clean and inspect the entire paper path from the first pick-up rollers and separation pads to delivery rollers at the output hopper. All internal mechanical assemblies such as fusers and paper-input units are individually remanufactured by specialists, and then tested by our QC people. Mechanical drive trains are lubricated as necessary. Any worn or hardened paper-feed and transfer rollers are replaced with new OEM rollers, or aftermarket replacements if OEM parts are not available. All electronic interfaces and user settings are set to the factory defaults. Unless the main logic board needs to be changed, in which case the engine page count and serial number should be migrated to the new formatter, our technicians are instructed to never change the printer page counts. We are so confident about the quality of our remanufactured printers that we offer the equivalent of a new printer warranty, which is typically one-year and limited to parts and labor at our facilities.
